Rice Custard

Rice Custard
Ingredients:
1/4 C Butter or margarine
4 Eggs
3/4 C white sugar
1 pinch salt
2 C milk
2 tsp Vanilla
about 2 C leftover rice
1-2 tsp Cinnamon (optional)
Directions:
Mix together everything except Rice
Add rice mix just to combine
Pour in pan (depending on how thick you want your peices to be... you can use anything from 8x8 to 9x13)
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min
@;-- I like adding chocolate chips too .... Sooo good!
